Debbie founded and has led etc group, an award-winning, private, woman-owned company since 1993. Her leadership is grounded in integrity, persistence, and creativity. Under Debbie’s direction for more than 30 years, etc group has grown into one of the largest women-owned companies in Texas and is consistently ranked among the top 50 women-owned businesses in the nation. The organization has evolved into a multi-tiered corporation with divisions spanning Corporate Travel Management, Global Meetings, Events and Incentives, and SafariScapes.
Debbie was the first and is now one of only two women appointed to the Dallas Stars Advisory Board, in addition to serving on other boards and supporting philanthropic initiatives close to her heart. Recognized as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, Debbie considers her proudest role to be mother to her daughter, Shelby Lamon, and son, Storm Frazier, and grandmother to five grandchildren, including Skylar, Bella, Stormy, Sadie, and a grandson, Nash. Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones, whether at home in the United States or in her adopted country of South Africa.
