Terron is an American football offensive tackle for the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Saints in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He played college football at Arkansas–Pine Bluff. Armstead was named HBCU Top 30 Under 30, in 2014 and a Pro-Bowler in 2018. He founded the Terron Armstead Foundation with the mission to empower a generation of young people, with the necessary tools needed to become leaders in our community and the world. He is currently a team captain. He has also been recognized by the NFL and the Saints organization for his contributions off the field being named the New Orleans Saints Man of the Year in 2019 and being nominated for the Walter Payton Man of the Year in 2019.
